Review:

I just finished this book, and I am still not sure how I feel about it…

On one hand there is magic! And who can say no to magic, especially magic that has to do with animals. There were many parts of the book that I enjoyed. The biggest being the amazing world building. But the characters didn’t seem all that real for me, and that made it hard to really feel much for them. I don’t want to spoil much, but I do not have that kind of forgiveness in me.
